Strawberries and cream Wedding Cake

A three tier chocolate wedding cake. The cake is covered by a layer of marzipan, coated in a white chocolate sauce and then encased white Belgian chocolate cigarillos. The cake is decorated with fresh strawberries dipped in Belgian chocolate and brown chiffon ribbon. This wedding cake was eaten as the dessert at the wedding reception.

This actual wedding cake was delivered to a wedding reception at The Wynyard Golf Club.
