Rose Gold Wedding Cake
A stacked four tier chocolate wedding
cake. The cake is covered
by a layer of marzipan, coated in a white chocolate sauce and then encased white
Belgian chocolate cigarillos. The cake
is decorated with fresh cream roses and gold and cream ribbon which has been wired
and then twisted to give a corkscrew effect. This
wedding cake had to be transported in two halves and then assembled at the
venue.
