Rachael has made a bit of a name for herself making biscuits. Every school holiday the people at Swiftcover, get a number of different biscuit and cookies to feast on. (Rachaels husband Bruce works @ Swiftcover)

We're always being asked for the recipes of the cookies, so we thought it'd be easier to publish them on the website.
