Rachael won her first national cookery award in 1987 but went on to persue a career in teaching. In 2000 Rachael created her first engagement cake. Through friends and family, word of mouth and strong recommendation Rachael now has regular orders for Christmas and Birthday cakes. Now a member of the British Sugarcraft Guild, Rachael has now opened up her order book to the public.

All examples that you see in the gallery were custom designed. The flowers that you see may look real, but they're actually hand made from sugar paste. Not only do they look fantastic, they make an excellent keep-sake from an engagement, wedding or any extra special occasion.
